01

Service

CarCheckOnline.com is an independent service that checks report availability for a submitted VIN and, after verified payment or credit redemption, requests the selected report from an available provider. Provider coverage and record depth vary by vehicle.

02

Prices and credits

A single report costs US$9.99. Prepaid packages contain 10 credits at 5% off, 20 credits at 10% off, or 50 credits at 15% off. One credit purchases one available VIN report. Credit packages are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. Sandbox credits have no cash value and are isolated from live credits.

03

Before payment

You are responsible for entering the correct 17-character VIN and selecting the intended provider. Available reports are shown before payment. A completed purchase applies to the VIN and provider selected at checkout.

04

Report limitations

No database can guarantee that every accident, title event, odometer reading, owner, service record or auction appearance has been reported. A vehicle-history report does not replace document verification, a test drive or an independent pre-purchase inspection.

05

Provider independence

CarCheckOnline.com is not affiliated with CARFAX or Experian AutoCheck. Those names and trademarks identify report types and remain the property of their respective owners.

06

Account security

You are responsible for access to the Google account or email credentials used to sign in. Use a unique password and keep it confidential. Credits and history are available only to the authenticated account. Completed report links are shareable bearer links, so anyone who receives one can access that specific PDF without account access. Attempts to manipulate balances, payment verification or report delivery may result in account restriction.

07

Public launch details

Customer-support contact details, the operating legal entity and the governing-law and refund terms must be published before public commercial launch. Until then, this page describes the implemented checkout and account behavior for sandbox testing.
